DGM Grove Group Pty Ltd was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to deliver high-quality, trustworthy and person‑centred services that improve quality of life for people with disabilities, their families, and other vulnerable community members. Our story begins on the Gold Coast, where a small team recognised a gap in the market for comprehensive, compassionate support services. Frustrated by fragmented solutions and impersonal care, we set out to create a business that puts people first – one that treats every client with dignity, respect and individuality.
From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a multi-service provider with a big heart. Our earliest work centered on helping clients manage daily tasks and live with greater independence. Over time, we expanded into new areas driven by the needs of the community: professional meal preparation by qualified chefs, thorough cleaning and housekeeping, gardening and yard maintenance, and support worker transport for appointments, shopping and community outings. Each service is delivered by an experienced, caring team that understands the unique challenges faced by our clients and their families. Looking ahead, we plan to introduce mobile blood collection and delivery, further broadening the support we can offer.

We’re fully insured, compliant with industry standards and offer NDIS‑friendly billing across self‑managed, plan‑managed and NDIA‑managed arrangements.
